The brilliant Betty Wilson took women’s cricket to a new level. A fierce all rounder, Wilson was the first Australian woman to ever score a test century on home soil. During the 1957-58 Ashes series, at the age of 37, Wilson stunned the cricketing world becoming the first player – male or female – to ever take ten wickets and score a century in a test match.
Calls to immortalise Wilson’s contribution with a statue have been growing. ‘Bronze for Betty’ (read David Wilson’s beautiful piece in The Footy Almanac about why Betty Wilson matters so much – bravo Angela Pippos!) is only a matter of time. Help us recognise a legend!

Shipping
We mail domestic orders via local couriers and Australia Post. Delivery to metro areas usually takes 1-3 days once the item has been sent (Perth may take longer). This is a general guide and delivery times can vary, especially during bushfires and weather events.
We'll endeavour to pack and send orders as soon as possible. Because we're small it sometimes takes us a little extra when we receive a high number of orders.
